A Powerful Tool to Safely and Productively Manage Slope Stability Risks
Powerful and user-friendly, the Guardian software manages slope stability risks in both geo-hazard assessment and open pit mining operations. Guardian enables fast interpretation and therefore fast reaction time to vital real-time information delivered by the IBIS radar systems.
Reliable data with flexible alerts in real-time
Highly accurate displacement data is provided to monitoring specialists in real-time using the most advanced Automatic Atmospheric Correction algorithm.
Guardian offers alert messaging options and comprehensive geotechnical analysis tools. Monitoring specialists are immediately alerted in the event of slope displacement by means of various instant messaging options such as email, SMS or pop-up alerts.
Advanced data integration for even clearer understanding of slope stability
Automatically import different total station and GNSS datasets, for example from Leica GeoMoS© and others, to enable even clearer understanding of slope stability. Monitoring experts can compare prism and GNSS displacement trends, by mean of time series or Stereonet charts, with IBIS radar data to understand movement behavior that much faster.
Moreover, the IBIS Guardian software is integrated with MinePlan 3D by Hexagon Mining. Data acquired from our IBIS radars can now be imported to MineSight 3D in support of mine planning to optimize pit design and Life of Mine (LOM) by evaluating the impact of instabilities on the expected mine expansion.
Full Pit Monitoring 360 & True Vector
Guardian offers Full Pit Monitoring (FPM) capabilities, stitching together data sets from multiple IBIS radar systems onto a single radar map. The True Vector technology automatically resolve the spatial direction of displacement for hundreds of thousands of overlapping radar pixels monitored simultaneously by two or more radars.
SLYX Slow Movement Analysis Algorithm
The algorithm, developed with recently acquired by Hexagon, Geopraevent, is based on automatic selection of the most suitable measurements from the IBIS radar data and tailored evaluation for slow movements. This procedure allows to get even closer to the detection limits and to accurately determine mm-movements over extended time periods. Further, SLYX Slow Movement Analysis can reduce the negative effect of vegetation and generally improve analysis results to prevent potentially catastrophic slope failures, as it could happen for tailing dams.
Quick Auto Align function for IBIS-ArcSAR & HYDRA-X available on request
Quick Auto Align offers a fully automated routine for quick radar map alignment and session continuation after radar re-deployment, allowing users to increase the capability to manage their monitoring projects. This tool allows a seamless continuity in Guardian projects when removing the systems from their original position and deploying them later in the same area.
