We are looking for an Electronic Design Team Leader.

He/she will be leading and supporting a team of electronic engineers involved in the electronic design of Electromagnetic Locators, Interferometric and Ground Penetrating Radar equipment.
The candidate will coordinate and define the different activities within the team, according to the priorities, in alignment with R&D goals and objectives.
The candidate will participate to the whole life of the products (design, development, testing, start of production, life-cycle management)

  • Manage the workload assigned to the team within the assigned resources
  • Organization of team’s work; it includes the setting of individual projects, goals and communications. It is the responsibility of the team leader to organize team meetings, topics of discussion and progress toward each goal.

Desired Skills

We would like to see:

  • Thorough knowledge and experience in the field of electronics is required;
  • Excellent knowledge of laboratory equipment such as Spectrum Analyzers, O-Scopes, Network analyzers, power meters, etc;
  • Capability to technically support the team (gain a better understanding of the team members and of the challenges they may be facing);
  • Capability to empower the team by setting team goals (providing members with clarity on what they’re working towards and align with how they are contributing to the team and business success);

System Engineer

We are looking for a System Engineer.

The candidate will be included in the R & D department, in the team that conceives and develops the Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) and Electro Magnetic Locator (EML) products. GPRs and EMLs are mainly used for outdoor applications for detecting buried object or for inspecting structures and materials (for instance, concrete structures). In particular, the tasks envisaged for this position concern the analysis of the requirements of current and new applications - interfacing towards the Product Management team in this - and the identification/development of hardware and software configurations that can satisfy them, specifying the necessary components and conceiving innovative data processing algorithm, transferring the relevant information to the Hardware and Software development team; subsequently, the candidate will be responsible for the execution of system tests and validation measurements, often on the field. Furthermore, the candidate will support field trials of the released products

What we want you to do

The Intern will perform Due Diligence activities on Legal Archive and will assist Legal&Compliance Manager and Corporate secretary in their daily tasks such as:

  • Analysis of user requirements
  • Definition of system requirements
  • System design (hardware and software) and macro-components definition
  • Validation measurement and system test activities
  • Processing and analysis of collected data
  • Conception of innovative data processing algorithm, programming and test on relevant environment

Desired Skills

  • Electromagnetism
  • Signal theory and signal processing;
  • Electronic (basic);

He/she will participate to the whole life of the product from design, development, testing, start of production to life-cycle management 

What we want you to do:

  • To design of architectures for Radio Frequency systems
  • To design, development and test of electronic boards for RF systems
  • To produce product related documentation
  • To resolve design/manufacturing/supplier issues
  • To conceive new designs and schemes for new products.
  • To maintain existing products and designs
  • To prepare design related documentation
  • To perform testing, validation, verification and troubleshooting on circuit board prototypes using lab equipment
