We are looking for a Business Developer who will act on GEO Monitoring market through the interaction with clients, partners, and dealers in a multi-million global business. Experience in structural and deformation monitoring would be an advantage.

What we want you to do

The Business developer must be able to communicate effectively at all levels and especially managerial/corporate levels. The candidate will assist Business Developer Manager to expand the Civil Monitoring radar business.

  • Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of IDS GeoRadar’s technology in order to articulate our value proposition to decision-makers, as well as being able to successfully manage and overcome objections
  • Research customers, identify decision makers, educate prospects, and qualify buying interest and sense of urgency
  • Schedule well qualified appointments with key decision makers within targeted companies
  • Work closely with BD Manager in the development of strategic sales approaches and expansion of the Sales Network for GEO Monitoring market
  • Make prompt report to management regarding customers’ response to IDS GeoRadar’s products

What we want you to do
The Customer Care Department is formed by product specialists with the highest level of technical expertise on IDS GeoRadar products; the role entails a variety of activities - both in office and on field - which are summarized below:

  • Post-sales support on IDS GeoRadar products for Mine Monitoring, both remotely and on-site
  • Creation and maintenance of user manuals and technical support documentation
  • 2nd level support to local technical support teams worldwide
  • Technical trainings and demos
  • Installation of the monitoring equipment at customer’s site
  • Maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of customer’s equipment
  • Data analysis and reporting
