For our Pisa based office we are looking for a Financial Controller.
The candidate, reporting directly to the Divisional Controlling Manager, will be the main referent for all financial activities for the Pisa Plant and the main support for the Divisional Controlling Manager at a global level.

What we want you to do:

As a Financial Controller in IDS GeoRadar your main tasks are going to be:

  • Sales analysis
  • Opex monthly review
  • Production cost analysis
  • Variance analysis
  • Research and Development cost analysis and monthly forecast
  • Support to the Divisional Controller for budget and forecasting activities
  • Monthly P&L and BS closing and internal reporting
  • CAPEX monitoring, mainly intangible assets
  • Monitoring of Account receivable
  • Data analysis for performance review
  • Economical and financial KPI monitoring
  • Be the first point of contact for internal and external auditors


What would we like to see:

  • Master’s degree in economics or management engineering
  • 3-5 years of experience in this role or in one of the big 4 auditing firms
  • Knowledge of OIC and IFRS is requested
  • Experience with ERP (SAP is preferred)
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office package especially Excel


Languages:

  • Italian: Mother tongue
  • English: Good written and spoken skills
  • The knowledge of Spanish will be considered a plus


Travel Requirements:

  • Rarely, mainly in Europe

For our Pisa based office we are looking for a Marketing Specialist.
As a Marketing Specialist you will work with the Marketing Manager in leading the Company marketing efforts, supporting the activities of the sales and product management department to expand our international footprint, increase our visibility, and acquire new customers.

What we want you to do:


The Marketing Specialist in IDS GeoRadar supports the product development roadmap with the creation of the marketing assets responding to market needs, working by objectives and tracking KPIs of success. In particular:

  • Manage the communication calendar (offline & online advertising) and marketing activities for visibility and lead acquisition (events, campaign)
  • Execute & coordinate with Marketing Manager and Product Management & Business Divisions the Product Launch Calendar and activities for release
  • Understand customers’ needs, values and benefits sought for the product, service & solution offerings
  • Collaborate with product specialists, sales, and management to produce relevant contents that meets the needs of our customers and partners (brochures, website contents, success stories…)
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams – from creative, BU and production to product management and legal – to produce effective promotional materials
  • Execute central digital strategy for all campaigns, including social media, online assets, website & content.
  • Provide regular updates (written and verbal) to Marketing Manager on progress against milestones, risks to delivery and project plans
  • Manage external suppliers & agencies
  • Compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and directions when working on customer / dealer / end user sites
  • Additional duties may be assigned from time to time


What would we like to see:

  • Degree in Marketing, Design, Communication or equivalent
  • Experience (+2 years) in the field of marketing and communication, preferably in B2B with high technology products
  • Proven experience in Web-marketing with a focus on digital and social media
  • Previous experience in running campaigns across multiple channels from simple email campaigns to full-fledged event type campaigns (tradeshow, webinar…).
  • Good understanding of graphic design and basic video editing skills. Knowledge of Adobe Suite will be considered a plus (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
  • Skilled at using Microsoft Office suite & knowledge of Marketing automation tools (Pardot, Sprout, etc.)

For our Pisa based office We are looking for an enthusiastic Software Engineer Back End who will be part of a software team of world-class engineers who designs and produces customer friendly software solutions to secure people safety in dangerous environments such as mines and to prevent risk hazards in monitoring buildings and infrastructures.

He/she will join the team that conceives and develops core services for the monitoring solutions running on the server back-end, having the opportunity to deliver code that provides highly accurate data and algorithms, used by state-of-the-art products, successfully operated to reduce risks in several working activities.


What we want you to do: 

  • Working in a team for the design and development of services and relevant infrastructure for a back-end server application
  • Work on troubleshooting and performance optimization
  • Stay up-to-date with new technology trends
  • Compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and directions when working on customer / dealer / end user sites

What we would like to see:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior HR Generalist to join our team on a temporary basis to cover a maternity leave, in PISA.
Reporting to the President of the Radar&Monitoring Division, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders and the HR team to drive organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Your primary responsibility will be to implement annual HR programs, such as performance reviews, promotions, and action plans resulting from employee surveys. In this role you will work closely with stakeholders to plan and execute these programs, aligning them with the overall business strategy. Additionally, you will contribute to improving organizational design and structure.

What we want you to do:

  • Collaborate with local leaders to develop effective strategies for local people topics, including engagement, recruitment, people development, headcount approval, onboarding, and quarterly communication initiatives.
  • Ensure the HR team provides professional, timely, and value-driven services across the region, in line with the company's core values of integrity.
  • Communicate local/global initiatives, approaches, and strategies to local employees and managers through effective engagement with local leadership.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact and advisor on local employment practices and compliance matters.

What we would like to see:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role with broad knowledge and expertise in human resource management.
  • A master's degree in human resources management or a related field within the HR spectrum is preferred.
  • Proven experience in partnering with business leaders in complex and dynamic business environments.
  • Good communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills in English, including the ability to provide direction and feedback to internal and external stakeholders.
