We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist, at our HQ (Pisa).

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Care Geosystems team, that is an internal and external landmark for Technical Support, which mainly consists of:

  • Technical trainings and demos
  • Customers support on IDS GeoRadar Products (both hardware and software)
  • Creation and maintenance of users ‘manuals

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Geophysical Science or Earth Science or bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • Fluent English
  • Good Knowledge of GPR technique (both Hardware and Software)
  • Ability to work with technical software (example: Team Viewer, M.Teams etc)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills
  • A previous experience in Customer Service is a plus
  • Good knowledge of GPR and interferometric technique, data acquisition, processing and interpretation of positioning systems (Total Station, Global Navigation satellite System) is considered a plus

We are looking for a Quality Engineer, at our HQ (Pisa).

As a quality engineer you will be part of the R&D Team and you will work with the key roles of IDS GeoRadar, developing and maintaining the product quality culture within the Company.

You will be responsible to ensure the company products’ quality, also leading assessments and audits and looking for the best suppliers.

You will track and analyse the results of the Quality KPIs, developing improvement actions, implementing them and monitoring their effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • A previous experience as a Quality Engineer is preferred
  • Good knowledge of PPAP requirements, 8D, six sigma
  • Good knowledge of quality tools (e.g. risk analyses as DFMEA and PFMEA)
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Office Package
  • Excellent communication skills and Teamworking
