IDS GeoRadar is looking for the following figure to be based at its headquarters in Pisa:

QUALITY ENGINEER

Objectives and Responsibilities:
The Quality Engineer is expected to collaborate in innovation and development projects to ensure the QE aspects in the areas of design, production and sales. He/She also will ensure the legal conformity and safety of IDS GeoRadar products and collaborate in the evaluation of suppliers (audits, assessments). Coordination of improvement measures on products and processes, definition and evaluations of KPIs as well as lead of internal and external audits (processes, systems and products with regards to ISO9001 requirements) are also under his responsibility.

Required skills:

  • Specific training and practical experience in quality management (ISO 9001).
  • Experience in leading internal and external audits.
  • Ability to analyse and communicate risks and apply strategies to minimize the risks.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface at all levels and functions.
  • High motivation level, results driven, flexible team player.
  • Ability to meet aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computing skills, including fluent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Interest in an activity in a multicultural environment, combined with international travel.
  • Fluent English (written and verbal)

Preferential skills:

  • Experience in several quality tools e.g. risk analyses as DFMEA and PFMEA.
  • Experience in PPAP requirements.
  • Experience in 8D and six sigma.
  • Experiences with Microsoft Visio.
  • Knowledge of German (written and verbal).

Qualification required:
Engineering degree (mechanics/ electronics/ production) or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Working experience required: More than 5 years in QA/QE.

Contract: Full-time, permanent job.

ADDETTO/A UFFICIO COMMERCIALE

Obiettivi e responsabilità della posizione:
Coordinare e supervisionare la compliance della società nelle operazioni di Import e Export nel rispetto delle normative europee, delle legislazioni nazionali, e della policy del Gruppo Hexagon inerenti a beni e tecnologie soggetti a regolamenti restrittivi.

Relazioni interne/esterne:
Il candidato sarà inserito all’interno del Commercial Office, che ha il compito di supportare gli Uffici Vendite nella gestione delle proposte commerciali e degli ordini di vendita. Si interfaccerà con il referente delle spedizioni per le operazioni in export e con l’Ufficio Acquisti per le operazioni in import. Lavorerà inoltre a stretto contatto con le Business Unit e con l’ufficio Global Compliance di Hexagon per le operazioni di export verso paesi soggetti a restrizioni ed embarghi. L’interfaccia esterna principale sarà il Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico- Direzione Generale per la Politica Commerciale Internazionale e altri enti di riferimento per lo svolgimento delle mansioni previste.

Competenze richieste:

  • Capacità di comprendere ed interpretare le normative relative al regime comunitario di controllo delle esportazioni, del trasferimento, dell’intermediazione e del transito di prodotti a duplice uso e in generale le normative di riferimento per prodotti soggetti a vincoli di esportazione.
  • Ordine e precisione indispensabili per la gestione delle pratiche e per l’archiviazione della relativa documentazione.
  • Riservatezza, considerata la sensibilità delle informazioni da gestire.
  • Buone competenze sull’uso del PC e degli applicativi della suite Microsoft Office (in particolare Word ed Excel).
  • Capacità di interazione con i colleghi e con gli enti ministeriali.
  • Conoscenza buona della lingua inglese scritta e parlata.


Competenze preferenziali:

  • Conoscenza della materia inerente l’esportazione di beni a duplice uso.
  • Conoscenza del sistema gestionale SAP.

Titolo di studio richiesto: Diploma di scuola superiore o laurea.

Esperienze precedenti richieste: Esperienza di lavoro in ruoli analoghi.

Tipologia di contratto ed eventuale durata: In dipendenza del profilo ed esperienza del candidato.
